This activity is available all year round. Summer timetable is open from 8h to 19:30h and winter timetable is from 8h to 17h. The minimum recommended age to enjoy the activity is 9 years old and there is no maximum age. Children under 18 must be authorised by their parents or legal guardian. The maximum weight is 105 kg and people weighing more than 90 kg will be charged an additional fee due to increased costs. 

The activity is subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation, the activity will be rescheduled for a new date free of charge.

It is recommended to wear closed shoes, comfortable clothes and to bring a sweater in winter.

The photos are in 20mp, the video is in 4K and in case of hiring the service, they are processed and sent by email via a link the same day of the activity.
