Accessing and browsing these website, or the use of its services, implies the express and full acceptance of each and every one of these Terms and Conditions, including the Special Conditions established for certain promotions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policies, related to the regulations in force on the subject of Personal Data Protection. Please, we recommend that you read them carefully to know what kind of data is collected through our website, for what purposes and what rights related to it concerns you.

Access to the Website implies the User’s express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which may be totally or partially modified or replaced by others by the owner at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you access these conditions from time to time to check for possible modifications, which will be published in the same section.
2. Terms and Conditions of Use.
The following Terms and Conditions regulate the use and access to the Website, the purpose of which is to establish guidelines for good use and behaviour of the Website. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., provides users with information on the use, services and content hosted on the Website. Through it, the User has access to information about specific products and services, tools and applications.
The data and information on products or services, prices and characteristics or other relevant data offered through the Website are made, provided and updated by Suppliers and third party companies. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. is not, in any case, responsible for such data and information nor does it assume any obligation regarding the same.
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents, services, applications and tools that are accessible, subject to the Law and to these Terms and Conditions of Use and, where appropriate, to the Specific Conditions that may be established for access to certain services and applications, without interfering at any time with other Users.
In the event of total and/or partial non-compliance of these Terms and Conditions of Use by the User, IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to deny access to the Website, without prior notice to the User.
3. General Obligations of the User.
By accepting these General Conditions of Use, the User expressly agrees to:
– Not to carry out any action aimed at damaging, blocking, rendering useless, overloading, temporarily or permanently, the functionalities, tools, contents and/or infrastructure of the Website, in such a way as to prevent its normal use.
– To safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of the access codes associated with their User name, being responsible for the use of said personal and non-transferable access codes by third parties.
– Not to introduce or carry out slanderous or libellous contents, both of other Users and of third party companies outside IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.
– Not to use any of the materials and information contained in this Website for illicit purposes and/or purposes expressly prohibited in these General Conditions of Use, as well as the particular conditions that, where appropriate, are established for certain applications and/or utilities and that are contrary to the rights and interests of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., its users and/or third parties.
– Not to offer or distribute products and services, nor to carry out advertising or unsolicited commercial communications to other Users and visitors of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.
The User shall be liable for all damages of any nature that IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. or any third party may suffer as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which he/she is subject by virtue of these “General Conditions of Use” or the law in relation to access and/or use of the page.

The User undertakes to use the contents diligently and correctly, in accordance with the law, morality and public order. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. authorises the User to view the information contained in this website, as well as to make private reproductions (simple downloading and storage activity in their computer systems), provided that the elements are intended solely for personal use. Under no circumstances does this imply any authorisation or licence over the property rights of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. or of the legitimate owners.

IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. does not guarantee continued access, nor the correct visualisation, downloading or use of the elements and information contained in the pages of the Website, which may be impeded, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control or beyond its will, nor those caused by the existence of computer viruses on the Internet.
IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. assumes no liability whatsoever for damages, losses, claims or expenses caused by:
(i) Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, delays, blockages or disconnections caused by errors in the telecommunications lines and networks or by any other cause beyond the control of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.
(ii) Unlawful interference through the use of malicious software of any kind and by any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other means;
(iii) Improper or inappropriate use of the IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. Website.
(iv) Security or browsing errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions.
IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. is not responsible and in no case shall be liable to users and third parties for the acts of any third party not related to IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. that entails or may entail the performance of acts of unfair competition and unlawful advertising or the infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, business secrets, contractual commitments of any kind, the rights to honour, personal and family privacy and image, property rights and any other rights belonging to a third party due to the transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the contents.

You will find the entire personal data processing policy in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions but which, for the sake of simplicity, we have placed in a separate document: Privacy Policy.
8. Legislation.
This Legal Notice and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law. The user, by the mere fact of accessing the Website or obtaining the status of registered user, irrevocably grants their consent to the competent courts by default to hear any legal action arising from or related to these conditions, or their use of this Website or browsing on it.
If any clause or section of these Terms and Conditions, which is not of an essential nature for the existence of these Terms and Conditions, is declared null and void or inapplicable, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
9. Terms and Conditions of Booking:
At the time of booking, the validity of the offers must be confirmed, as IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. All bookings are given an “arrival/check-in” time only. Please note that this is not the “tandem jump” time.
While IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. strives to complete an individual’s tandem skydive within 4 hours of arrival, IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. advises you to arrive with no time restrictions; you should plan for this to be a full day activity.
As safety is paramount to IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., factors such as wind, clouds, rain, thermal turbulence, etc. and other factors such as air traffic can affect the free fall time and the time it takes to complete your skydiving activity.
During weather standby periods, the weather can change for better or worse within minutes, and you will not be able to skydive unless you are ready at IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. facilities.
Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may also require IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. to alter the skydiving altitude without this justifying any claim by the Participant.
Additionally, the free fall time depends on various factors such as the weight of the persons, the size, the position of the body, the opening height of the parachute among many other factors; therefore IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. cannot guarantee a specific free fall time, and this does not give the user any rights to make a claim.
Since aircraft are mechanical and periodically become unavailable, IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to change the type of aircraft without prior notice. On occasion, these aircraft and/or Air Traffic Control (ATC) changes may require IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. to change the required altitude and/or the number of participants in an aircraft and/or the date of the activity. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to reschedule your skydiving.
Discount coupons are valid only for direct bookings with IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. as specifically stated in the advertisement or coupon. Booking agents are not obliged to accept discount coupons.
All bookings are final, no refunds are given unless specified in the cancellation policy.
10. Change/Cancellation Policy:
Booking fee payments are per person (individual). Booking fee payments are non-refundable, but are transferable. A name change of the reservation must be communicated to IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.
To change your booking to a different date and time, IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. requires 48 hours notice or the user will forfeit the booking fee. If you change your skydiving booking without 48 hours notice, a new booking fee will be charged. If you do not show up at the “check-in” time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you do not go through with your tandem skydive, you will forfeit the jump, no refunds will be given. All bookings are final, no refunds are given for change of mind or change of experience to a lower value.
You must not have consumed drugs or alcohol within eight hours prior to your skydive. It is forbidden to skydive under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you arrive to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be able to skydive and no refunds will be given.
If your skydive is cancelled due unforeseen circumstances (eg. weather, etc), your payments will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original booking date and you must rebook and jump within that time period on an alternative date suitable for you.
For customers who are not residents of the Canary Islands: If a IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. staff member cancels your skydive due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances and you are unable to rebook your tandem skydive for another date before leaving the Canary Islands, a 100% refund will be issued.
11. Group Booking Policy:
If there is more than one person booking a tandem skydive, it is the responsibility of the group organiser to ensure that everyone in the group understands and accepts IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.’s Terms and Conditions. Organisers of group bookings must assist IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. by providing a group organiser contact and organising the group of people wishing to do the tandem skydiving. Last minute additions to group bookings must pay their deposit prior to arrival at the Drop Zone. Those arriving at the Drop Zone without a deposit must wait until the conclusion of the day’s bookings before doing their tandem skydive.
While IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. strives to keep groups on the same flight, IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. reserves the right to change group configurations when necessary due to operational requirements. No refunds will be available when IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. changes the configuration of your group.
12. Gift Voucher Policy:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, but are transferable. The Buyer must notify IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. in order to transfer a gift voucher.
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time, your voucher will be voided. Treat your voucher as cash and be careful not to lose it. Remember to present your voucher upon arrival for check-in/registration, as without it you will not be able to go skydiving.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers are non-refundable and replacements are not available.
Whenever the cost of your experience is more than the value of your voucher, you will be required to pay the difference. Whenever the cost of your experience is less than the value of your voucher, you will not be entitled to a cash refund. When booking an adventure package, purchasers must also accept the terms and conditions of the relevant partner suppliers, which can be obtained by contacting these suppliers directly.
13. Terms and Conditions for Videos and Photos:
Videos and photographs purchased through IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. remain the property of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. and IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. owns and retains the right to the images and photographs. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. may use such images for reproduction for commercial and marketing purposes, and the purchaser or recipient may only use or reproduce them for private or domestic purposes and they must not be used for any commercial purpose, including the promotion of any supplier or any supplier’s products or services without the prior permission of IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. If you do not wish any of your images or photographs to be used on social media platforms or on the IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. Website, or to be used in the marketing of the company, it is your responsibility to notify IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. staff before your skydive.
Please note that should there be any technical problems related to the camera/dubbing equipment, full refunds will not be issued for the individual skydiving, as the value of the digital products can be identified separately from the value of the skydive. If IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. is unable to provide you with the skydiving video or photographic product due to technical problems, a refund will be issued for the value of the video or photographic product purchased. If only part of your video or photographic product fails, a refund will be issued for the balance of the amount paid minus the value of the product actually received.
Videos and photos purchased through IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. will be tested on the day of your tandem skydive. The videos and photos are available for all purchasers to view on the day, should they wish to view them. Your acceptance of them on the day will be deemed to be your approval that the video and photos are fully operational and complete. No refunds will be available after your departure from our offices/premises for those videos y/o photographs deemed not to be fully operational or complete. Whilst it is not compulsory to book a video or photographs, it is advisable as sometimes a late change of mind can result in disappointment.

15. Security Policy:
When you shop at IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., your financial data passes through Stripe, a secure server that uses the latest TSL encryption technology and is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 16. On the day of the Skydive:
While we strive to keep spectators informed about the landing sites of the skydiving participants, our priority is to ensure the safety of the participants. IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. uses multiple landing sites at each of its locations. The location of the landing area for each parachute drop may vary according to weather conditions, with the focus on the safety of the participants. Refunds or compensation will not be available if a spectator does not witness a landing.
17. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:
Please note that once your payment is received by IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., it serves as authorisation of your payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. You also agree to further indemnify IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U., its associated companies, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in your skydiving. It is the responsibility of the organiser of the booking to ensure that the person undertaking the activity understands and accepts IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U.’s Terms and Conditions.
18. Tandem skydiving requirements and restrictions:
The waiver / release form must be completed and the safety instructions given by IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. staff must be followed.
All participants must show a valid ID at check-in and sign all necessary documents. The ID must show the full name, a photo and the date of birth.
All people wishing to do a tandem skydive are subject to an assessment by the Tandem Instructor. Medical conditions that could affect your safety should be discussed with your doctor prior to your booking. No alcohol or “recreational” drugs should be consumed for at least 8 hours prior to the activity. Skydiving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited. Inform IJUMP GRAN CANARIA, S.L.U. staff if you are taking prescription medication.
During the activity, it is forbidden to bring your own camera or other loose objects such as keys, phones, etc. All minors must present a signed authorization from their parents or legal guardian, along with a copy of the legal guardian’s identification. It is recommended that they are not younger than 9 years old. All minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All participants will be weighed during check-in and if the weight including clothing and shoes is equal to or greater than 90 kg, there will be a surcharge of €50 (including IGIC). 105 kg is the total weight limit, subject to assessment by the Tandem Instructor.
